Are the websites complicated – Will I be able to work it ?
No they’re not complicated and yes! our doctors’ websites are extremely easy to use. Everything is controlled by an intuitive, clearly laid out control panel. If you use Microsoft Word or any similar form of software package then you will find using our websites simplicity itself. You do not need to have any knowledge of web design, IT skills, or a technical background. The websites are designed to be managed by your admin staff

What do I need to do to get online ?
It’s not as complicated as you may think, here’s the short list of things you need to have ready

I’m too busy to look after my practice website – can you help ?
Yes, if you prefer we can totally manage your website for you – learn more..

Is it easy to create a new web page ?
Yes, you simply type the text as you would with Microsoft Word, then press the “publish” button & that’s it! if you get stuck just email or call us and we’ll help you through the process

Can I add pictures to my web pages ?
Yes, you can add pictures, videos, & audio via the control panel

What if I want something you don’t offer ?
We love a challenge and are happy to work with you! let us know what you’re after and we will investigate the options. If we can’t find a proprietary solution then we can develop bespoke software to meet your demands, contact us for more information and costs

What if I don’t want all the features you offer ?
There’s no obligation to use the full feature set. For example, if you don’t need the online registration page or change of address forms then that is fine

Will my website have advertisements on it ?
Absolutely not! This is your website dedicated to your surgery – the only things that will appear on it will be either what you put on it yourself, or what you instruct us to put on it. As standard practice we will place a small link back to us in the footer area of the site
