Patient Participation DES is designed to promote patient engagement through Patient Reference Groups (PRGs) and also collating feedback & views of practice patients via use of patient surveys conducted locally.
Further to the above, among the key requirements of this DES is that you, with the PRG discuss findings from the survey with a view to reaching agreement on changes to services.
